This workshop is about evolving and awakening your 7 glands ability to heal, giving you strength and courage to make better decisions, be who you are, find peace within and your outside world.
The “three quick breath meditation” helps you look within your own body to energize your hormonal system, specifically your glands. The “three quick breaths, makes you aware of influxes of saliva and by touching your thyroid, using the Direction Technique meditations, you gain knowledge how to rest not only in your life, but for your children and ancestors.
You will balance your 7 glands by listening to the singing bowls and access a pathway by noticing the power of your own thyroid, to find a yellow field where your body heals and an ancestor or a loved one can join you. You will feel rejuvenated with this powerful energy to help you move forward in your life, knowing there are many ways to rest.
Please bring a rug, pillows for your meditation. Katrina will be playing the Crystal singing bowels while guiding you to balance your 7 glands, find blocked energy in your body, allowing your to focus on your thyroid to intuitively remote view inside your body.
