This mini workshop will give the ability to be objective in times of crises. At certain times in your life, there may be an imbalance of emotional feelings due to traumatic events. Instability may overcome your mental thinking.
Are you aware of what you are really getting angry about? People are getting angry about things that may not have anything to do with them. Are you being over empathetic and picking up other people's anger?
ANGER

Do you want to get angry about world events and things that are happening currently or use that energy to create peace and positivity?
CARE
It's important to care for yourself. Maintain good self care, sleep well and feel peace. When you care for others too much we neglect our own needs and can be too empathetic. What are your own needs and wants?
PEACE
We need a space of peace to really help others. Feel stable within and discover three healing breathes that calm your nervous system to feel balanced. When we do this, then you have the ability to be part of healing the planet.
PRAYER
Big things happen when people come together for peace. It is sad when people come together through fear and anger.
To end the meeting we will collectively pray for peace in Ukraine and the world.
